The Garden of Life and Death

At his father's request young Elliott Eastman gathers some trusted companions and sets off across America to see if there is human life beyond the settlement on the shores of Lake Coeur d' Alene. During their journey they do battle with ruthless slave traders, but in the process Elliott meets the beautiful slave girl, Dawn Hunter. After a daring escape and a harrowing return journey they finally reach home only to find murder and treachery awaiting them.
