The Frightmare Man

A former U.S. combat medic moves to a Canadian resort island to start a new life, and escape the horrors of war. What he, and the locals, soon encounters is something more frightening than any battlefield carnage. Unstoppable evil lurks as the now snow bound islanders face the crazed onslaught of bizarre murders; left in their wake the discoveries of a strange alien-style craft of indefinable origin and ghastly radioactive, brain-corroded corpses that reanimate into sub-humans that now inhabits the island, and all signs point to a deranged killer who is anything but human.
