What happens when the townsfolk of Crystal Springs decide to match the matchmaker?

Mercantile owner, Dennis Andrews has made a nuisance of himself matching the townsfolk for longer than anyone can remember. Surprisingly, his matches have worked out for the better. Now the arrogant storekeeper is getting under their skins, and everyone wants to marry him off hoping it will mellow him. When a lifechanging and terrifying incident rattles Dennis to his core, he views life in a completely different way.

Rachel Dougherty has no intention of staying in Crystal Springs, and expects to be gone the same day she arrives. When plans go awry, she's forced to stay far longer. Under difficult circumstances, her entire life changes. Her decisions will affect others profoundly, none more than the mercantile owner.
