Welcome back to Mermaid Cove, where legends come to life...It's Christmas in Mermaid Cove! Bells are ringing and the trees are being trimmed. Everyone is celebrating the holidays and preparing for the local Christmas pageant-everyone but Harper Reese. With a new and exciting job on the horizon-in New York City no less-she should be over the moon. Instead, she finds herself feeling like Scrooge. Her heart is broken. Finn Grondin, the object of all her dreams, has dropped her like a fly. Her friends are angry with her for even considering the move to New York City. To top it all off, her younger sister shows up for the holidays, with a chip on her shoulder and causing trouble on her mind. In the midst of all this chaos, Harper begins to unravel. Surprisingly, when tragedy strikes, it's Finn who shows up to put her back together. Soon everything she thought she wanted is called into question. Will she really be able to leave this magical little town and the man who has stolen her heart behind?
