Lakm¿¿¿¿¿ is an opera in three acts composed by Leo Delibes in 1890. The libretto was written by Edmond Gondinet and Philippe Gille. The story is set in British India and revolves around the love story between Lakm¿¿¿¿¿, a Hindu priestess, and G¿¿¿¿¿rald, a British officer. The opera features lush and exotic music, including the famous ""Flower Duet"" and ""Bell Song"". The themes of colonialism, cultural clash, and forbidden love are explored throughout the opera.
