Nova is a hybrid of an angel and demon and is adopted by a family of cryptid hunters. Cryptid hunting is her life and Nova realizes the creatures have started abnormal patterns. Coming from far and wide to hunt her. Nova and her guardian must find out why she is wanted.As a hybrid of an angel and demon, Nova has never been allowed in either Heaven or Hell. Being adopted by a family of cryptid hunters is all she knows. When the creatures begin hunting her, she is sent a protector. Together, they must figure out why she is being targeted. When the hunter becomes the hunted, they must figure out who is sending them and why. In the midst of their investigation, they become closer than she expected. The pull towards her guardian is more than she could have ever imagined. Can Nova fall in love in a world of nightmares? Or is she destined for a life of horror?
