The ghost of all gypsy magic seeks the Guardian for a deal she can't refuse. She's prepared to do anything to find the cure to the curse and start a family with Foster. In the wake of Collier's death, Effie's magic grows stronger and her place as the Guardian of the Arcanos is cemented. Visions of the future give her hope while memories from the past make her question things she thought she once knew. When tunnels under Weeping Winds are found, there is no telling what secrets or dangers might be lurking in the darkness. The closer Effie gets to collecting what she needs to break the curse, the further apart she and Hink grow.
