Ländlicher Assoziativismus ist einer der Wege zur Stärkung der bäuerlichen Familienbetriebe und der Autonomie der jungen Menschen auf dem Lande. Deshalb haben wir versucht, die von ACAJAMAN/PB entwickelten Projekte und Aktionen zu identifizieren und zu präsentieren, die zum Verbleib junger Menschen auf dem Land und zur lokalen Entwicklung der Stadt Alagoa Nova im Bundesstaat Paraíba beitragen. Die Daten wurden durch Feldforschung mit Hilfe von zwei halbstrukturierten Fragebögen erhoben, von denen sich einer an die Mitglieder und der andere an den Präsidenten der Vereinigung richtete. ACAJAMAN wurde 2009 von einer Gruppe von 13 jungen Menschen gegründet, die am Projekt Rural Family House teilnahmen. Die wichtigsten Strategien, die der Verein verfolgt, um die Beteiligung und den Verbleib junger Menschen zu sichern, sind die Projekte, die Ausbildung durch Kurse und Workshops, die technische Unterstützung, die Imkerschule, die kulturelle und agroökologische Messe und die Kurse zur Praxis der Feldentwicklung. Die von ACAJAMAN entwickelten Projekte und Aktionen leisten einen großen Beitrag zur sozialen Entwicklung der Stadt und zum Verbleib der jungen Menschen auf dem Lande.

L'associazionismo rurale è uno dei modi per rafforzare l'agricoltura familiare e l'autonomia dei giovani nelle campagne. Pertanto, abbiamo cercato di identificare e presentare i progetti e le azioni sviluppate da ACAJAMAN/PB che contribuiscono alla permanenza dei giovani in campagna e allo sviluppo locale della città di Alagoa Nova, nello Stato di Paraíba. I dati sono stati raccolti attraverso una ricerca sul campo con l'applicazione di due questionari semi-strutturati, uno rivolto ai membri e l'altro al presidente dell'associazione. ACAJAMAN è stata fondata nel 2009 da un gruppo di 13 giovani che facevano parte del progetto Casa Famiglia Rurale. Le principali strategie adottate dall'associazione per attrarre la partecipazione e la permanenza dei giovani sono i progetti, la formazione attraverso corsi e workshop, l'assistenza tecnica, la scuola di apiario, la fiera culturale e agro-ecologica, i corsi di pratiche di sviluppo sul campo. I progetti e le azioni sviluppate da ACAJAMAN apportano grandi contributi allo sviluppo sociale della città e alla permanenza dei giovani in campagna.

Rural associativism is one of the ways to strengthen family agriculture and the autonomy of young people in the countryside. Therefore, we sought to identify and present the projects and actions developed by ACAJAMAN/PB that contribute to the permanence of young people in the countryside and the local development of the city of Alagoa Nova, State of Paraíba. The data were collected by means of field research with the application of two semi-structured questionnaires, one for the members and the other for the president of the association. ACAJAMAN was founded in 2009 by a group of 13 young people who were part of the Rural Family House project. The main strategies adopted by the association to attract the participation and permanence of young people are the projects, training through courses and workshops, technical assistance, apiary school, cultural and agro-ecological fair, and courses on rural development practices. The projects and actions developed by ACAJAMAN bring great contributions to the social development of the city and to the permanence of young people in the field.

O associativismo rural é um dos caminhos para o fortalecimento da agricultura familiar e autonomia dos jovens no campo. Por isso, buscou-se identificar e apresentar os projetos e as ações desenvolvidas pela ACAJAMAN/PB que contribuem para permanência do jovem no campo e o desenvolvimento local da cidade de Alagoa Nova, estado da Paraíba. Os dados foram coletados por meio da pesquisa de campo com a aplicação de dois questionários semiestruturados, um voltado para os/as associados/as e o segundo para o presidente da associação. A ACAJAMAN foi fundada no ano de 2009 por um grupo de 13 jovens que faziam parte do projeto Casa Familiar Rural. As principais estratégias adotadas pela associação para atrair a participação e a permanência dos jovens são os projetos, as formações por meio de cursos e oficinas, assistência técnica, apiário escola, feira cultural e agroecológica, cursos de práticas de desenvolvimento do campo. Os projetos e ações desenvolvidas pela ACAJAMAN trazem grandes contribuições para o desenvolvimento social da cidade e para permanência dos jovens no campo.
