Este trabalho apresenta uma abordagem teórica e prática de um transportador de arrasto tubular, que nada mais é que um equipamento constituinte de um segmento de tubo que no seu interior conta com taliscas arrastadoras fixadas a um cabo de aço, seu acionamento é realizado por um motor elétrico que transmite movimento ao sistema através de uma engrenagem. Apresenta como objetivo demonstrar a funcionalidade e praticidade deste modelo de transportador em ambientes limitados, no qual o mesmo preserva a integridade do produto a ser transportado. Com base em teorias estudas, apresenta alguns modelos de transportadores e suas principais características, bem como demonstra o transportador de arrasto tubular e os equacionamentos para cálculos de forças de resistência ao movimento horizontal. O desenvolvimento de um protótipo para confirmações de teorias se deu através de discussões acerca do projeto informacional e conceitual, logo, decidiu-se a geometria deste protótipo, além dos desenhos técnicos como base para fabricação.

This paper presents a theoretical and practical approach to a tubular drag conveyor, which is nothing more than a piece of equipment consisting of a tube segment that has dragging slats attached to a steel cable inside, its drive is performed by an electric motor that transmits motion to the system through a gear. Its objective is to demonstrate the functionality and practicality of this conveyor model in limited environments, in which it preserves the integrity of the product to be transported. Based on studied theories, it presents some models of conveyors and their main characteristics, as well as demonstrates the tubular drag conveyor and the equations for calculating the resistance forces to horizontal movement. The development of a prototype to confirm the theories was done through discussions about the informational and conceptual project, then the geometry of this prototype was decided, as well as the technical drawings as a basis for manufacturing.

Cet article présente une approche théorique et pratique d'un convoyeur à traîne tubulaire, qui n'est rien d'autre qu'un équipement composé d'un segment de tube qui comporte des lamelles de traîne fixées à un câble d'acier à l'intérieur, son entraînement est réalisé par un moteur électrique qui transmet le mouvement au système par le biais d'un engrenage. Il présente comme objectif de démontrer la fonctionnalité et la praticité de ce modèle de convoyeur dans des environnements limités, dans lesquels il préserve l'intégrité du produit à transporter. Sur la base des théories étudiées, il présente quelques modèles de convoyeurs et leurs principales caractéristiques, ainsi que la démonstration du convoyeur à traînée tubulaire et les équations de calcul des forces de résistance au mouvement horizontal. Le développement d'un prototype pour confirmer les théories a été fait à travers des discussions sur le projet informationnel et conceptuel, puis, il a été décidé de la géométrie de ce prototype, en plus des dessins techniques comme base pour la fabrication.

Il presente lavoro presenta un approccio teorico e pratico a un trasportatore a trascinamento tubolare, che non è altro che un'apparecchiatura costituita da un segmento di tubo con lamelle di trascinamento fissate a un cavo d'acciaio all'interno, il cui azionamento è effettuato da un motore elettrico che trasmette il moto al sistema attraverso un ingranaggio. L'obiettivo è quello di dimostrare la funzionalità e la praticità di questo modello di trasportatore in ambienti limitati, in cui si preservi l'integrità del prodotto da trasportare. Sulla base delle teorie studiate, presenta alcuni modelli di trasportatori e le loro caratteristiche principali, oltre a illustrare il trasportatore a trascinamento tubolare e le equazioni per il calcolo delle forze di resistenza al movimento orizzontale. Lo sviluppo di un prototipo per confermare le teorie è stato fatto attraverso discussioni sul progetto informativo e concettuale, quindi è stata decisa la geometria di questo prototipo, oltre ai disegni tecnici come base per la produzione.

In diesem Beitrag wird ein theoretischer und praktischer Ansatz für einen Rohrschleppförderer vorgestellt, bei dem es sich um ein Gerät handelt, das aus einem Rohrsegment besteht, in dem Schlepplatten an einem Stahlseil befestigt sind. Der Antrieb erfolgt durch einen Elektromotor, der die Bewegung über ein Getriebe auf das System überträgt. Ziel ist es, die Funktionalität und Praktikabilität dieses Förderbandmodells in begrenzten Umgebungen zu demonstrieren, in denen es die Unversehrtheit des zu transportierenden Produkts bewahrt. Auf der Grundlage der untersuchten Theorien werden einige Modelle von Förderern und deren Hauptmerkmale vorgestellt, sowie der röhrenförmige Schleppförderer und die Gleichungen für die Berechnung der Widerstandskräfte bei horizontaler Bewegung demonstriert. Die Entwicklung eines Prototyps zur Bestätigung der Theorien erfolgte durch Diskussionen über das Informations- und Konzeptionsprojekt, dann wurde die Geometrie dieses Prototyps festgelegt, neben den technischen Zeichnungen als Grundlage für die Herstellung.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma melhoria para um tipo de veículo de carga no qual sua principal aplicação é utilizá-lo em espaços reduzidos, apresentando de maneira sucinta os principais aspectos a serem considerados durante o projeto e construção. Propõe-se melhorias estruturais, automatização de movimentos, implantação de plataforma auto ajustável, visando uma maior praticidade de operação, melhora na ergonomia e qualidade de vida para o operador.

Diese Arbeit zielt darauf ab, eine Verbesserung für einen Lastkraftwagentyp vorzustellen, dessen Hauptanwendung darin besteht, ihn in engen Räumen zu verwenden, und stellt kurz die wichtigsten Aspekte vor, die bei der Planung und Konstruktion zu berücksichtigen sind. Vorgeschlagen werden strukturelle Verbesserungen, die Automatisierung von Bewegungen und die Einführung einer sich selbst einstellenden Plattform, die eine größere Praktikabilität des Betriebs, eine Verbesserung der Ergonomie und der Lebensqualität für den Bediener zum Ziel hat.

This work aims to present an improvement for a type of cargo vehicle in which its main application is to use it in reduced spaces, presenting briefly the main aspects to be considered during the design and construction. It proposes structural improvements, movement automation, and the implementation of a self-adjusting platform, aiming at a more practical operation, ergonomic improvement, and quality of life for the operator.

Questo lavoro si propone di presentare un miglioramento per un tipo di veicolo da carico la cui applicazione principale è l'utilizzo in spazi ridotti, presentando brevemente gli aspetti principali da considerare durante la progettazione e la costruzione. Si propongono miglioramenti strutturali, automazione dei movimenti, implementazione della piattaforma autoregolante, con l'obiettivo di una maggiore praticità di funzionamento, miglioramento dell'ergonomia e della qualità della vita dell'operatore.

Ce travail a pour but de présenter une amélioration pour un type de véhicule cargo dont l'application principale est de l'utiliser dans des espaces réduits, en présentant brièvement les principaux aspects à considérer lors de la conception et de la construction. Il est proposé des améliorations structurelles, l'automatisation des mouvements, la mise en place d'une plateforme auto-réglable, visant une plus grande praticité d'utilisation, l'amélioration de l'ergonomie et de la qualité de vie de l'opérateur.
