    Amelia Sophia Le Feuvre (1861-1929) was born in Blackheath, London, England. Her father worked as a Surveyor and her grandfather, James Mainguy, was a reverend in Guernsey. She wrote many books and stories for magazines like Sunday at Home and Quiver. Her books were filled with Biblical principles. Her most popular works include: Me and Nobbles, The Carved Cupboard, Dwell Deep; or, Hilda Thorn''s Life Story, Bulbs and Blossoms and Odd.
