Dracula - the play

This is a new dramatisation of Bram Stoker's classic horror story. It has been written by Stephen Briggs to reflect the style and menace of the original novel, in a way which still can be staged quite simply, by groups with limited resources.The independent reviewer of the first stage production said: "Translating Dracula to the stage without either dispensing with key plot points or giving an impression of rushed action is an incredibly ambitious task, and yet that is exactly what Stephen Briggs has managed to achieve.
