Christmas Healing in Miles Gulch

Maggie Foster has a reputation for pouring her heart into her work. As a nurse in training in one of Philadelphia's many hospitals, she has no shortage of patients who appreciate her care - but when the hospital is suddenly closed, she finds herself at loose ends. Accepting a marriage proposal seems to be her only option. Soon she finds herself engaged to a man she's never met - but the surprises she anticipates aren't the surprises she finds once she arrives in Miles Gulch, Wyoming. A kind stranger, Hannah Grant, tells Maggie her husband-to-be has succumbed to a terrible illness. At a loss for what to do next, Maggie gratefully accepts Hannah's offer of shelter during the Christmas season, and she quickly finds herself becoming part of the Grant household - Hannah, her daughter Emma, and her son Oliver-the handsome, taciturn blacksmith of Miles Gulch who intrigues her at every turn.
