Tossed aside like garbage, our main character comes from a violent and loveless society to be exiled to the wasteland. Determined to survive, she is rescued by a people unknown to her or that brutal culture of her origin. They hide from them underground believing they have a higher cause to live for because they were created. Can she adapt to a place so different, so alien, so opposite?
