Waves Between The

The first book from photographer James Midwinter, with a unique collection of photography, setting the viewers on a journey toward more gratitude for the world around them. The book focuses on the more contemplative side of surfing, something often not explored enough in traditional surfing media. Midwinter is inspired by Japanese black and white photographers such as Hiroshi Sugimoto and Masao Yamamoto, or British artists like Barbara Hepworth and Ben Nicholson.
