After Sam Garrison and his pregnant wife buy a bargain home, they find the reason it's such a bargain -- the home is in a crime-ridden neighborhood, plagued by gangs and drugs. Sam and his neighbor, Mark Buchanan, decide to take the law into their own hands to clean up the mean streets as the masked vigilantes called the Watchdogs. But well-meaning Sam is drawn into Mark's web, and Mark's darker agenda. Can Sam make it out alive, and as the man he used to be?
