Vigilante: Into the Fray finds Colonel Levi Levins, commanding ROA forces, ready to leave the safe confines of Defiance and the new Republic of America (ROA) to return to his original path of a vengeful Vigilante bent on seeking justice for those unable to protect themselves from evil.
