Beskrivelse af Troy & Dean
Troy and Dean both live in Victoria, Australia.
When school is out, they often go out in search of odd jobs to earn pocket money.
They meet a strange man by the name of John Elliott, who is a Good Samaritan living his life robbing banks to help the poor.
One day Elliott is arrested and thrown into jail, sharing a cell with an ailing old man by the name of Ted Mulligan.
Mulligan shares with him a secret that he hasn't revealed to anyone since he was arrested twenty-five years ago: the whereabouts of his hidden diamonds on Tasmania's Flinders Island.
John Elliott seeks the help of Troy and Dean to travel to Flinders Island and retrieve the diamonds, launching the unlikely lads on an adventure of a lifetime.
Along the way, they come to learn bush survival skills from the local Aboriginal landowner, who guides them through it.
