The Stolen Necklace

Emma and Becky Miller have a problem; well, actually, they have two problems: the former has a beard phobia and the latter is afraid of horses. Not a big deal if one is free to choose a suitor who won't sprout a beard after the marriage vows are uttered and if cars are an accepted mode of transportation. However, the sisters are Amish, and since therapy is not an option, what are the girls to do? Then Becky is kidnapped and Lord Edward Greyson, a British playboy who is hiding out in Lancaster County for a while, joins Emma in the search for her sister. He asks his FBI connection, Lester Blake, for help. Lester and his team are searching for a stolen diamond necklace and when the two crimes seem connected, all roads lead to Amish country...
