Born on the island of Grenada in the West Indies, the author served both as a commissioned and non-commissioned officer in the United States Military. The author served in the U.S. Army, the U.S. Army Reserve, and the Army National Guard.
After the author's first tour of duty in the U.S. Army ( Active Duty), he began his college career. He earned an Associate degree, a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree, a Law degree, and has completed all requirements, except his diddertation, for his PhD.
