The Road to Elsewhere is a collection of facts, quotes and stories, wrapped around over one hundred pertinent photographs. A majority of the images are accurate depictions of travel destinations that meld seamlessly with the text. Together they tell the story of almost a half-century of travel anecdotes from Texas to Europe. There are layovers in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and various U.S. locations. As the son of a career military officer who was redeployed every few years, travel became a natural occurrence.
