Beskrivelse af The Principal Navigations, Voyages, Traffiques And Discoveries Of The English Nation, V. 3
The Principal Navigations, Voyages, Traffiques And Discoveries Of The English Nation, V. 3 is a historical book written by Richard Hakluyt. The book is a collection of accounts of various voyages, explorations, and discoveries made by English explorers and traders during the 16th and 17th centuries. The book is divided into chapters, each covering a different voyage or exploration. The accounts are written in a first-person narrative style and provide detailed descriptions of the places visited, the people encountered, and the events that took place during the voyages. The book also includes maps, illustrations, and charts to help readers better understand the geography and topography of the places visited. This book is a valuable resource for anyone interested in the history of English exploration and trade during the Age of Discovery. It remaineth that a larger discourse be made of Mosco, the principall City of that Countrey, and of the Prince also, as before we haue promised. The Empire and gouernment of the king is very large, and his wealth at this time exceeding great. And because the citie of Mosco is the chiefest of al the rest, it seemeth of it selfe to challenge the first place in this discourse. Our men say, that in bignesse it is as great as the Citie of London, with the suburbes thereof. There are many and great buildings in it, but for beautie and fairenesse, nothing comparable to ours. There are many Townes and Villages also, but built out of order, and with no hansomnesse. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations. Because we believe this work is culturally important, we have made it available as part of our commitment for protecting, preserving, and promoting the world's literature in affordable, high quality, modern editions, that are true to their original work.
