The Old Curiosity Shop

The Old Curiosity Shop is the 1840 novel by the famous author Charles Dickens. The story follows the life of Nell Trent, a young orphan who lives with her maternal grandfather in the shop for which the title is named. The story is a sad story about the trials and lose of the poor in London in the nineteenth century.
