Beskrivelse af The Lost Gospel
An old journal. An ancient monastery. A secret worth killing for......
The year is 1936, and as a world war looms on the horizon, a young Italian fighter pilot is shot down over the mountains of Ethiopia. Despite suffering what should have been fatal injuries, he is rescued by members from a secret monastery and miraculously healed. He is quietly returned to the Italian lines without even knowing who had saved him and where he had been.
In present day Boston, college professor Francis "BB" McFadden receives the pilot''s battered journal from Tommy Marino, the nephew of the pilot. He and Marino set out to find the answers to the recovery, and possibly the location of a religious artifact lost for millennia. Their return to Ethiopia pits them against a secret religious sect determined to protect the monastery at any cost...including murder!
But what ancient secret hides in the mountains? And why have they found themselves the target of men determined to stop their efforts. The Lost Gospel is a thrilling action adventure where things are not always as they seem. In this tale of long-lost secrets and shadowy figures, you will be drawn into an adventure that begins in the clear blue sky, and ends on a dangerous mountain trail.
