The Lingstrom's

Carl Lingstrom is trying to support his family buying and selling homes in Los Angeles, when he finds a house (or did the house find him?) that has a secret sleeping underneath, a secret that should have been left alone. Now he has to fight a vampire named Izak and his familiar named Ronnie who made a deal with the devil and will always be 16 years young and the other vampires that follow Izak all the way to hell if it comes to that.
