The Last Sweep

Alena is home and safe. She knows the wall around her city protects from any enemies that may have survived the wars. She believes, having not been contacted in years, their city may be the last surviving civilization on earth. She knows thousands of people were left outside of the wall and gangs began to form. She isn't aware that one of the gangs has been preparing an attack on the city for months. She doesn't know the city's electricity is about to be cut off. She has never found out who killed her first husband and she doesn't know that she is the only person targeted to be kidnapped.
