The Lady That's Known as Lou

This is a play to be delivered by one actor. It is a possibly simple set, a literary space, with a desk, some shelves with books and a comfortable chair for reading. A wooden reading stand. The actor needs to comfortably use the space so the performance is not static. Decisions on how to design the set are up to the director and the actor. It is, in effect, a one-man or one-woman show. Verses from the many volumes of Service's poetry can be added or deleted.
