The Diary of a Nobody

Victorian clerk Mr Pooter decides to keep a diary in the hope of showing himself to be a great diarist. Mr Pooter's life is full of suburban Victorian middle-class angst, social climbing and embarrassment, as he goes through the daily drudgery of Victorian life. A classic comedy of manners which remains as fresh and vibrant as it was when it was first published.
