The Diamond in the Onion Suit

The Diamond in the Onion Suit is an allegory - a story where the characters are not human, but they represent human nature. Sort of like Jonathan Livingston Seagull, but these characters are onions rather than seagulls. Parents do the best they can to protect us as kids. Further down the road, we do the best we can to protect and help ourselves. But we're all on the wrong path! What we think is protecting and helping is actually stifling us. How does this happen? What can we do to stop it? How can we release our hidden strength and power? Perhaps the answer has been within you all along.
