This book is for anyone - student or professional - who finds reading Sections difficult. It began as a class presentation I created for students requesting an explanation of how I, as a tax attorney and professor, read Sections. The presentation - "How I read and interpret Sections" - was an immediate success that I improved and repeated each year, and which became the First Edition of this book. This is the Second Edition. There is a "tour" of the Code, seventeen chapters of skills and techniques to make reading and interpreting Sections simple, and many examples.
