I love creating gratitude journals and so when I was asked to create one for a friend, I couldn''t resist.
This one has a cute gamer theme and is aimed at both boys and girls.
It has been developed to help your children develop 3 key mindfulness practices:
Gratitude: being thankful for everything they have and everything that they receive.
Kindness: what we send out into the world is what will come back to us. Being kind towards others also makes us feel good.
Affirmations: using positive affirmations every day helps them to believe in themselves. Start by saying "I am! and then get them to say something positive about themselves. Then keep saying it until they start to believe it.
By practicing gratitude, kindness and affirmations every day, they can develop a positive mindset that will help them become more resilient over time.
