How do you rescue someone who does not wish to be rescued? Margaret is alone in Mexico, and she is in trouble. Has the recent death of her husband completely sapped her ability to cope and placed her in harm's way? Her daughters in the U.S., Rachel and Naomi, realize from mystifying and off-kilter phone conversations that something is seriously wrong, and that they must travel to Mexico and bring Margaret home. But how do you rescue someone who doesn't wish to be rescued? That was the challenge for Rachel and Naomi when they flew to Mexico City to meet their mother and bring her back to Florida. To unite behind their common purpose, they must first traverse hurt feelings and tensions of the past. Then they must find Margaret and persuade her to go home with them.
