Amy Whitelaw is a police officer considering her future. A career police woman wondering whether she made the right decision to join the police. University educated but street wise she is wondering whether her promotions will continue to the point where she can reform what she regards as an asleep police service. What of another life? What of a personal life? A killer appears on the streets of Sydney. Dubbed by the media as the Street Cleaner This killer is only punishing the guilty , the criminal element. A vigilante working at setting to right what they see as an ineffective justice system. Allowing the crims to flourish with little regard for the law. Convicted criminals receiving punishment which is not the punishment this killer has decided is appropriate. He is now handing out his version of punishment.
