Description This collection of poems reflects deep emotions. They were written when Kathryn had no other way of expressing her emotions externally. The book is in two parts. The first part contains poems that were written during 1984 and 1985 when Kathryn was 14 and 15. The second part contains poems written more recently between 2004 and 2007. About the Author Kathryn has struggled with mental health problems for a long time, starting when she suffered abuse as a child. She has many issues with self harm and has attempted to take her life on two occasions.
