FIDJI 2003 was an international forum for researchers and practitioners in- rested in the advances in, and applications of, software engineering for distri- ted applicationdevelopment. Allpaperssubmittedtothisworkshopwerereviewedbyatleasttwomembers of the International Program Committee. Acceptance was based primarily on originality and contribution.
