Running Human

- Humans Are Perfect Barefoot Runners

Bag om Running Human

This book takes an innovative and more rational approach to running to explain why all humans are perfect innate runners and how they can successfully engage in regular-preferably barefoot-running and walking to stay fit, happy and healthy, avoid or stop addictions, enhance their lifespan in good health, enjoy a better quality of life, avoid ending up in nursing homes; and save money on useless or harmful consumption, disappointing weight-loss diets, healthcare, etc., while significantly reducing their carbon footprint and consequently contributing to the survival of all living species-including Homo sapiens. The author started to run at 55 and completed in 13 years in 103 countries over 400 marathons and ultramarathons, including at least one marathon and one ultramarathon on each of the Seven Continents, namely Africa, North America, South America, Antarctica, Asia, Europe and Oceania. The book is based on his experience and his transformation from a sedentary senior into a wise, fit and healthy barefoot marathoner, who keeps doing yearly-even at his late 60s-tens of marathons like a walk in the park. The details are online on his website (https: //www.sidy42k.com/).
