Christians and other religious people are not exempt from emotional pain. We must learn to manage stress effectively! We have to deal with trauma and its impact on our lives. Without regard for race, ethnicity, or gender, distress can strike the lives of the rich and famous, the down and out, and basically all of us. Our goal is to reduce stigma and bring awareness of mental health concepts to the body of Christ. I have attempted to explain these concepts using real-life situations. You will find on these pages an intersection of faith and wellness! Healing is the children's bread. This book should not be used as a diagnostic tool but as a resource for your restoration.
