An ambitious writer and his retired FBI friend join in the hunt for a small gang using lost dogs as a lure to attract children whom they abduct. As they make progress, the gang targets the writer and the FBI.Hoping to evade the gang, the writer goes to New York;however, this decision only complicates the dangers.
