Reflections of Wonder (A Devotional)

Even though this book may be the author's first devotional in print, Jeannette Haley has, in a sense, been "writing" daily devotions for most of her Christian life. Such "devotionals" consist of love, hope, and inspiration that have been a part of her testimony and expression through various means-one being her paintings as a professional artist. Her sense of wonder can be found in the painted reflections of the majesty of God's creation, whether it be the silent grandeur of majestic mountain peaks, the glory of clouds and sky, flaming sunsets, rainbows of promise, the power of foaming seas, animal and bird life, or the colorful complexity and intricate beauty of flowers. Simple and pure in presentation, they will cause the reader to land on that which is secure, while looking up for that which is promised, while discovering that which is lovely and beyond description.
