Psalms

This book is named Psalms because that's what's in it. The word psalms or psalter means, ode, hymn, poem, song, paean, to sing or glorify in song. All the poems, odes, or hymns were written in form of songs and many of them have already have been put to music and/or recorded. Any musician will tell you that it all comes from the spirit that resides in all of us, and like that spirit, it differs from person to person, so then a large variety of topics are touched on-life, love, hate, death, peace, war, good and bad, happy, sad, pain, joy, and many more. The author's hope for you who read these psalms is an awakening of your own. To provoke your heart, soul, and mind, just like when you hear a song that you love. To move your spirt of love. For love is the reason, the cause, and the means by which all things are done.
