Full of lots of actionable advice. I appreciate a scientific perspective on what I am learning. I am not one to waste time so I like to hear it straight from the source and not just some blog post saying “I did this and it helped” because it probably won’t work for everyone. What makes me want to change is someone saying “here is the evidence, it will help.” I’ll listen to that all day! First step, get some plants and green in my office. Second step, get better with single tasking. Third step, clear desk clear mind declutter space. Working on that third step ... probably forever ...
