Problems in Theoretical Chemistry and Ontology Similarity Measuring

In this book, we main present the recent results in theoretical chemistry and ontology similarity measuring. The whole contexts can be divided into six parts which corresponding to six papers (or notes) in the field of chemical topological index computing and ontology function optimization using the tricks in machining learning.
