Pictorials in clinical surgery

Clinical surgery involves thoughtful clinical examination of cases. it involves attentive history taking, patient clinical examination. The latter involves careful inspection and tender palpation to make a clinical diagnosis. A pictorial is hereby created with good quality high resolution photographs, which speaks all. These are called 'Spotters'. A concise presentation of history adds to these photographs. This way of tutorials to students, I call as "Pictorials'. A choice of four questions are given for the students to kindle their thought process, and analyse them to give the correct clinical diagnosis. A proper explanation is give in the next page for the students to check their application and analytical capability and the final correct answer.
