Volume 2 of 2. This work is a historical & critical introduction to the final philosophy as issuing from the harmony of science & religion. The present volume may be regarded as the first fruits of an educational experiment thus begun, and for a time successfully pursued. But it also contains philosophical opinions & doctrines which are of more general interest, and it may, therefore, be judged upon its own merits by the wider public to which it is now offered. Part I discusses philosophy as the science of the sciences; and Part II presents philosophy as the art or logic of the sciences.
