Beskrivelse af Pavel's Gift
Crafted by a Russian, made for a Russian...and now the Russians want it back.
From their humble beginnings in 19th century Russia, through the turbulent years of the Revolution and beyond, an enduring and epic tale that follows the turmoil, the heartbreak and a mystery that lies within one family.
There is a talent, a son, who becomes a craftsman jeweller and who possesses the most phenomenal skills. Working for the highly respected 'House of Faberge', he creates some their finest and most valued jewellery. Whilst there, he becomes involved and then implicated with the Russian Royal Family, the ill fated Romanov's. It is a prelude to intrigue, romance and murder. It is a disaster in the making.
In later years in England, a lost piece of jewellery has been found. It is a work of genius, a masterpiece. It was crafted by a Russian, and made for a Russian...and now the Russians want it back.
This is a story that crosses Europe and crosses the generations, and with it is all the greed and the envy and the deceit, and mans never ending ambition for power and wealth.
