Beskrivelse af Patterns Of Peter And Paul: Unraveling the truth about the men who created the church
This book follows another book I wrote on God and our human consciousness titled, The Evolution of Good and Evil. In that book, I establish that the Holy Trinity, as defined by Jesus and the Old Testament prophets, is the whole of the human mind. In this book, I seek to show how this central theme of the Bible was corrupted to make way for the creation of a new religion called Christianity. The Apostle Peter and the saint named Paul broke the cohesiveness between the Old Testament and Jesus and not in the good way that is often labeled as the New Covenant. They destroyed eons of knowledge about the human mind and human nature contained in the Bible, which Jesus was clarifying for us so that we could apply it in a very tangible way to our own thinking and behavior. It was the Apostle Peter who conjured up the notion of a holy Spirit that is separate and apart from our own human spirit of life which Jesus referred to as the kingdom of heaven within, but it was Paul who ran with it to attract Gentiles to his churches. (Luke 17:21) Peter and Paul could not have spread their holy Spirit form of religion if they had not changed people's perceptions of what both Jesus and the prophets taught. This book shows how the men who were made saints by the Christian church used the ego-conscious strategies of Adam and Eve in the Garden to sell a mythology of an external spirit who invades our bodies with a simple declaration that we believe in Jesus. It was the mythology of Peter and Paul, along with Paul's list of dos and don'ts, that made me leave the church of my youth once I was out of high school and it was the real Jesus whose legacy and teachings they destroyed in favor of building their churches that brought me to the truth of myself when I was a woman in my fifties. Knowing the truth saved me. Truth is everyone's salvation because it brings us home to reality through the fog of lies, false assumptions, beliefs and doctrines foisted upon us by people just like Peter and Paul. Truth is not the enemy. It is the answer. The process of understanding Peter and Paul was similar to the process of understanding the true nature of good and evil that I underwent while writing The Evolution of Good and Evil. I have found that the process of approaching the Bible with a realistic view of human nature makes everything clear in terms of its message. Once I began interpreting the Bible in terms of our human mind which Genesis 1:26 says is made in the image of God, it was like untangling a huge ball of knotted twine. All the stories and characters came together in a cohesive narrative which describes the nature of our human consciousness and the relationship between our thinking and our behavior. We do not need religious teachers directing us to an external god in three forms that has never existed. We need psychiatrists and psychologists to give us the framework that is sorely lacking in studying a book whose sole focus is the human mind. When Peter and Paul separated spirit from the human being and made it into something we can choose to accept or reject for purposes of our eternal salvation, they replaced reality with fantasy. They steered their followers in the wrong direction while telling them they were saving them. Simply stated, Paul's letters take a detour from the truth and to the extent that Christianity has adopted his doctrine, it too has taken a detour from the truth. Of course, it goes without saying that my interpretation of Paul's writings conform to a world view I have formed based on what I believe the Bible teaches us about our human nature of good and evil. Although I believe my world view conforms to the true teachings of the prophets and Jesus, it is up to the readers of this book to decide for themselves what world view they choose to hold.
