Why do you have to leave your comfort zone? Is comfort the same as conformity? Is it possible to lead without resistance to change? Should companies go beyond the happiness of their employees? Does the survival of a company still depend on adaptation? These and other questions are analyzed, challenged and questioned by the author, who seeks to make us think and discover together.
