Monchan's Bag

"Monchan's Bag" is an adorable picture book that stars Japanese pop character, Monchan, and features mixed-media illustrations of paintings and photos by a talented artist who's exhibited her work around the world. Monchan, a little stuffie, arrives in Auntie's gift bag for Bluie. Monchan immediately becomes Bluie's favorite playmate, and he carries her everywhere in his backpack. But though Monchan sees bags all around her, she doesn't have a bag of her own. When Bluie gives Monchan a gift bag she excitedly anticipates what wonderful things could be inside. To her disappointment, it's just another bag. Then one day Monchan accidently falls out of Bluie's backpack . . .
