UNDER-SERVED MARKET: There is surprisingly little competition for this book in the Miami market so it will have more impact than some other regional cookbook titles.
TOURISTS: Miami is a major destination for travelers from the Northeast and Canada and businesses that cater to those areas should do well with this book. It's a great guide book to the Miami scene for foodies.
