What I love the most about this book is how practical it is. The author states that it isn't just full of theories and he is correct. The exercises are SO IMPORTANT to do and I'm so glad he states that in his writing. It really focuses your attention on the things inside of you that you can create change in. It gives you the confidence to take a step forward in your life because you understand what hinders your progress, what the journey entails and what the rewards are. I cannot thank this author enough because of its usefullness in every area of your life and also its therapeutic approach. This is one of the most important books if not the most important book in my library of books.
