Makko Ho is a set of six simple exercises that restores health and vitality to the body. By moving Qi through the twelve major meridians, the energy pathways of the body, you can regain balance and vigor in as little as 15 minutes a day.
This book will cover the five elements of fire, water, wood, metal and earth along with a simple meditation to boost the power of that element in your body.
The Makko ho manual will also include some safe and effective alternatives to some of the original exercises. These alternative exercises were developed by me and designed with the beginner in mind.
There is also included in the book some optional exercises to do that you can choose to add to your regular fitness routine.
Breath work is so important to your health that one full chapter has been devoted to explaining it and to encourage you to think again about its relevance to your overall health and well-being.
